Hacienda Vieja Imports ships items that conform to the examples we display on our website and in our physical locations. Our products are all handcrafted, they are not perfect, and may be manufactured from reclaimed products and/or given a weathered look and may contain minimal variations and imperfections, including size, color and/or scratches. Colors will always vary from piece to piece even if sent in the same shipment. Special colors/patterns for specific items are accepted but will require a minimum of two weeks if metal, or 4-8 weeks if pottery and/or furniture. Be aware that products may be replicated, but not two pieces will be alike in shape, size and/or color. Website Images The colors of items that you receive in your order may not alway be the same as the items that you see in our website or store. There always will be a variation in color in all our products.
Hacienda Vieja Imports takes customer orders by e-mail to email@example.com or orders placed in person at our store. Our terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by email. phone or in person. Upfront received by Hacienda Vieja Imports is not refundable, however it will be used as in-store credit for future orders of the same customer, except for custom-made orders (view custom-made policy paragraph). We will not refund any amount back under any circumstances. Our minimum orders is $1,000. Orders will not be processed until upfront is received (view Payment terms). We may provide an approximate estimate of what is in-stock but changes may occur from the initial product in-stock estimate to actual order being taken out. Changes to orders are only acceptable before we begin the process of packing/loading an order. Hacienda Vieja Imports reserves the right to initiate the process of packing at its own discretion.
Shipping costs depend on order volume, weight and area shipping to. Shipping cost will be invoiced with order. Orders may not be cancelled if in transit. If any order is refused at the time of delivery, consignee (customer) is responsible for any re-delivery, storage and/or ship back or any other fees incurred from refusing delivery. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for refused shipments. Shipping is done by third-party companies; we are not responsible for any delays for orders in-transit. Please let us know in advance if you need an order to arrive before a specific date. Always verify that shipping information is current and/or correct, fees apply for any corrections done to shipments in-transit. All orders are shipped palletized. Any special shipping requests must be made at the time of order is made. If you require any of these or any other special requests for delivery please contact us for more information. If consignee(customer) requests additional services directly with freight company; Hacienda Vieja Imports will automatically bill the credit card that was provided for order. The following request might incur fees by certain freight companies (which vary depending on company), but are not limited to:• Lift gate• Appointment/Call before delivery• Inside delivery• Limited access at delivery• Residential areas
PAYMENTS AND TERMS
All orders and shipping costs must be paid in full before shipments are released. We require a 50% upfront from total order value to start processing an order. Credit card information will be kept in file until order is shipped, after complete payment credit card information will be destroyed. Credit card will be charged for merchandise ready to ship and for shipment costs. We accept AmericanExpress, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Company checks and wire transfers are accepted. Fees for bounced checks is $30 and wire transfers there is a $25 fee. Orders paid by check will be held until check has been cleared by bank.
Hacienda Vieja Imports is not responsible for damages done to products during transit, however we will do a damage claim directly with the freight company and will give any credit that is received by the freight company. If pallet(s) look like they have been damaged, please specify in the delivery receipt and also specify visible damage in pallet. Take pictures of the pallet in the way it was received. All damage claims must be received within 5 days of merchandise delivery, all claims made after that time will be refused. If product has welds that are off we will cover up $50 credit for welding. No credits will be given for scratched product, we do not sell perfect product. We will require individual images of the damaged product and description of damage. Credit will be assesed as in-store credit for future purchases.Pottery is inspected before gathering any order; Hacienda Vieja Imports is not responsible for damages caused by the freight company or its employees.
All information collected by us from our customers through email, phone and/or in person is solely used by us. Only we have access to information provided by our customers. We will not sell, share or trade customer information. We may share information with third party providers like freight companies. Credit card information will never be kept on file, unless otherwise noted by customer in writing.
Hacienda Vieja Imports reserves the right to change the price of any of our products without prior notice. Hacienda Vieja Imports reserves the right to change any wrong product prices that have been displayed by error in our website.
All sales for custom made pieces are final no exceptions. Metal and/or pottery custom made pieces have a minimum of ten (10) pieces per design. No minimum order for wood furniture. A security deposit to start any process for custom made pieces is required. Customer commits to pay in full for his/her order once it is available at the store. Samples for custom made pieces can be shipped to our warehouse for more accurate productions. Even if samples are received we do not guarantee that custom made pieces will be perfect. Due to the nature of all products being handcrafted variations may happen, but are not limited to size and color.
